As a therapist and human, I am unabashedly curious about people and what makes us tick. I'm authentic, warm, thoughtful, caring, and fully accepting of all, with an infectious sense of humor. My migration to counseling later in life, followed an extensive career in television and film. I remain an active writer and contributor to Psychology Today and Medium.
Like everyone, I have my own complex story, which is precisely what inspired me to become a therapist later in life. My story is chocked full of challenges, missteps, and triumphs, all of which have fused to make me who and what I am today.

Let’s face it, men. We’ve been raised to believe we have to fit squarely inside “the man box.” The only emotion we’re allowed to express is anger. Well, we’re calling BS on that! The Chicago men's counseling group is a place to let it out and connect with other men who are experiencing many of the same issues as you.
