As an EMDR certified therapist, I am trauma informed & use this lens to help clients understand their fears, insecurities and unhealthy patterns. I use ACT, DBT & CBT to guide clients on how to regulate their emotions and improve their mindset. As a registered play therapist, I use art, games and toys to help kids express themselves in a comfortable way.
As a Christian, I can incorporate Christian faith into the sessions if the client prefers. I am comfortable with discussing Christian beliefs and how to align w/ them. You don't have to stay stuck & overwhelmed. It would be an honor to walk along side you in your journey to finding insight, coping strategies and wellness. I also provide therapy in tagalog.
