Welcome! Choosing to seek mental health treatment takes courage and I am willing to walk alongside you as you move towards healing and hope. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity and a holistic understanding of who you are, honoring your pace and your story.
Since 2007, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, Women and older adults navigating a range of challenges including: Parent Training, Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Grief/Loss, Adjustment Disorder (due to moving or changing schools/employment/life stages and Gifted/High Achievers (perfectionism).
I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs using a variety of evidence-based modalities. More importantly, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported. A space where you can reflect, heal and redefine what a fulfilling life looks like to you. Sessions are currently offered online/in person in the state of FL and online in NY.
