No individual is the same. With compassion, curiosity, and consideration, I work with adults and teens to build a sense of health, capability, and safety. Using EMDR, I help reduce the power of overwhelming memories and emotions. Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy explores automatic thoughts and negative beliefs.
I support couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy, an experiential & vulnerable therapy based on attachment theory. My passion is creating a safe space for healing. I am pleased to offer evening and Saturday appointments.
