I love to work with ALL couples who are experiencing relationship conflicts (including LGBTQIA2S+), families who need additional supports for parenting help, adolescents, younger adults, those in college and who are navigating changes, military personnel, and those looking to process any experienced trauma. I honorably served in the military for 27 years and have extensive experience in treating PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, infidelity, and substance use/co-occurring disorders.
My background is based on establishing a solid trusting connection with those I work with. I am dedicated to this work and my clients. Clinically, my approach is based on CBT, DBT and Psychodynamic, but I always do my best to provide the kind of treatment that is best suited to each clients individual needs. I am also EMDR certified.
I meet clients wherever they are on their life’s path- I'm here to help, not to judge. I strive to provide tools and encouragement so that moving forward is clear. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling and always work with my clients together as a team so we can come up with goals of treatment that are right for them.

Groups
Race Based Trauma Processing Group
In this six week long group, participants will be able to share stories and experiences in a safe space, while being witnessed by others who have shared lived experiences. There will be a time and space for processing traumatic experiences, including not feeling safe on a daily basis, processing microaggressions, code switching and what it means to be Black and Brown POC in America. This group will be intimate and small, with a total of 8-10 participants and meet weekly for 6 weeks. Insurances accepted and probono spots available if needed!
