I work with individuals and families navigating crisis, relationship strain, addiction recovery, and major life transitions. My path into counseling grew from years of helping people through some of life’s most difficult moments—emotional pain, family conflict, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer work. Those experiences shaped my belief that people can change when they learn to understand and regulate their emotions. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), I help clients build practical skills, strengthen relationships, moving forward with greater clarity and stability.
