There are times for all of us when we need an objective voice to help navigate past the barriers to the life we want. My approach starts with helping you become aware of how past and present painful experiences create the distress you are feeling in your life today. Together we then work on healing through resolving these difficult thoughts and feelings so they do not have the same impact as before. Regardless of where you have been in life, we all have emotions that if not worked through, get in the way of the life we want to live.
I use an approach that combines both education and therapy process to help you live more effectively with unhelpful thoughts, feelings and situations. My specialty areas include but are not limited to Veterans, Law enforcement, first responders and conditions such as PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and general life challenges.
In 30 years of practice I have worked with a broad range of challenges. I bring a combination of personal life, training and clinical practice experience into the therapy process to aid you toward insight, change and healing leading to greater life fulfilment.
