Therapy is an adventure where you are the pilot, I your co-pilot, and together we can create a unique path to help you rise to your potential. Beginning your journey in therapy can be a daunting. It is my priority to help guide and support you in a journey that will be a parallel collaboration of learning and rediscovery. I use an integrated trauma focused, attachment, cognitive and behavioral approach in my work. My area of expertise is multicultural children, adolescents, families and adults. Additionally, my specialty is Latinx mental health, specifically working with experience of immigration, acculturation, biculturalism and culturally bound expressions of distress.
In this journey I will assist in helping you learn new and creative coping strategies, process traumatic life events, and improve your interaction with various environments and relationships- all while providing a safe, nurturing and creative therapeutic environment.
