The current national and global challenges have created unprecedented levels of ambiguity and distress for many of us. Thanks to my training and experience, I bring a unique skill set to help craft and implement solutions with maximal long-term viability. The common thread between my clients is their wish to be maximal participants in their own lives and in our work together. My approach is integrative, interpersonal and follows the CBT model. Couples work follows Gottman methods.
I hold an ASPPB E-passport to practice interjurisdictionally, and serve clients in 34 states in addition to Illinois.
