DBT Skill Training Group
Rochester Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Clinic, PLLC is offering comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy which includes individual therapy, DBT Skills Training Group, and telephone consultation. Adolescent groups and adult groups are ongoing and accepting new members.
Integrated Group Treatment for Substance Use
The Integrated Treatment Group (ITG) is an intensive, time limited group therapy program designed to assist clients in developing a foundation for recovery from addiction. Groups meet three times a week for four weeks. We have created an inviting and comfortable environment in which clients collaborate with professional staff to achieve their goals. Our clinicians use evidence-based treatments that have been rigorously researched by the world's leading experts. Through a comprehensive assessment process, we will help you identify your recovery goals and develop a customized plan to help you achieve an optimal treatment outcome.
