Yoga for Trauma Recovery Group
A gentle, therapist-led space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and move out of survival mode. This is not a typical yoga class. Designed to help with trauma recovery, anxiety, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, and the feeling of disconnection from your body. YOU’LL EXPERIENCE: Gentle, choice-based movement, nervous system regulation tools, breathwork for anxiety & stress relief, grounding and embodiment practices, and mindfulness and self-compassion. WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT? Trauma-informed and therapist-led. No yoga experience required. No hands-on adjustments. Participate at your comfort level. Small group setting for safety and support.
