I believe we each have an innate capacity to heal. I enjoy working with a variety of issues and have an eclectic approach born out of 25 years experience. I work extensively with anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions and relationships. I also teach meditation, relaxation, and pain management. I create a climate of acceptance and safety in which exploration and communication can flourish.
I have a gift for seeing underlying patterns in the ways we relate to ourselves and others. Exploring these patterns moves us beyond preconceptions to find fresh approaches to life. Often, suffering is caused by self-rejection. I believe that meeting ourselves with love is key to a joyful life.
I hold each person, couple or family who comes to me in deep respect, as the author of their own healing. I am honored to facilitate and witness the journey of unfolding.
