I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker. I use an Integrative Approach to therapy and tailor treatment to the needs of the individual. My practice is focused on women's issues, trauma resolution and stress management.
I typically work with individuals who have experienced some sort of trauma or are struggling in their personal or professional lives with stress and setting boundaries. I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment and anything on the trauma spectrum.
I want individuals to be comfortable enough to share their authentic selves with me. I have a straightforward and practical way of interacting that allows for positive regard on both sides of the therapeutic relationship.
