I’ve helped adults and adolescents with their emotional issues that show up in many ways: relationship problems, feelings of anger, anxiety or depression that may seem unchangeable, difficulties with work or school performance, or simply feeling stuck. Creating a therapeutic alliance with my patients is a priority. It allows deeper self-awareness and emotional freedom to develop which can effect lasting changes, improve and enrich their lives, and lessen symptoms.
The treatment I offer is psychoanalytic talk therapy which allows me to hear what you are saying directly and beneath the surface. I use all of your communications to understand what you may be trying to accomplish out of your awareness that causes your current emotional discomfort. I listen and actively respond to my patients with authenticity and care.
