There are times however when life becomes overwhelming causing us to become "stuck" in our pain and making it extremely difficult to find light in the darkness. For those times, having someone to hear us, see us, accept us, sit with us, and walk us through our pain can help us find light in the darkness, and gain the insight needed to move forward.
As a physical and mental healthcare practitioner, I practice counseling from a holistic perspective that considers body, mind, and spirit in addressing your issues. Treatment plans are not one size fits all but unique and specific to your needs. You will never be seen as a case or a diagnosis but as a fellow human who is struggling with life's challenges.
