I implement a strength-based humanistic approach to therapy, and utilize a mixture of CBT, DBT, IFS, and affirmative counseling interventions to help clients reach their full potential. I have previously worked with children, adolescence, adults, families, individuals with disabilities, and groups.
Every client is unique, and we will collaborate closely to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, social/emotional issues, or self-identification, you do not have to face these challenges alone.
