I work with adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression. Together, we explore the parts of you that learned how to survive — the ones that protect, please, withdraw, or hold fear — while also making space for the parts that long for closeness, stability, and self-trust.
My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in respect for your story. I use a psychodynamic lens and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, person-centered therapy, and psychodrama to support meaningful connection and healing.
