I’m an intuitive, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I hold multiple certifications in trauma, attachment, nutrition, and somatic care, which allows me to work from a truly holistic perspective by addressing the mind, body, and nervous system.
