Life can have it's challenges. Many of us rarely predict that one of those challenges will involve growing your family. I have a passion for helping those who might be undergoing fertility treatments, have experienced pregnancy loss, or are navigating maternal mental health related symptoms. I am a safe space and affirming of all identities and relationship structures.
No therapy is black and white. Many times healing comes from having a safe space to feel and process your emotions. My own lived experience with infertility and loss (along with specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders) offers me a deep awareness of the impacts on not only those directly undergoing treatment but their loved ones as well.
I pride myself on being an open, genuine, and caring person in all encounters. Included in that is sprinkles of laughter and sarcasm.
