I graduated from Pace University in 2012 with my MS in Mental Health Counseling. I've been in the field of mental health for a number of years. I have worked with people who are addicted to illicit substances to children who struggle with ADHD. I tend to utilize person centered therapy and CBT the most in order to help clients reach their highest potential.
