Seeking counseling services can be challenging for any number of reasons. I recognize the courage and strength that it takes to ask for help, and I make providing a supportive therapeutic environment a priority. I have been in practice for over 25 years and have experience and expertise across a variety of concerns and populations.
I work with teens and adults wanting to develop the tools to not only manage their challenges but to be able to move beyond them to achieve a more fulfilling life. We will develop a care plan that is in alignment with your therapeutic goals and offers realistic possibilities for you to thrive.

I will at times hold space in silence, allowing time for you to self-reflect as well as empathetically listen and provide feedback and guidance when indicated.
