I provide telehealth therapy for men in Colorado struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic pain, and ongoing stress. Many men carry pain quietly. It can show up in the body — tension, exhaustion, sleep problems, headaches, or symptoms that won’t ease. Other times it looks like irritability, anger, emotional shutdown, overthinking, or strain in your relationships. You may be used to pushing through alone and staying strong, but lately that approach isn’t working. If you’re tired of holding everything together, therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin responding differently.

My work integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and ACT to address anxiety, trauma, depression, and chronic stress at both the emotional and physical levels. We focus on understanding how these patterns live in the body while building practical tools to reduce overwhelm and improve emotional regulation.

Men are often taught to minimize their needs, stay strong, and figure things out alone. Over time, that pressure builds in the body, in relationships, and internally. I believe therapy is a place where you can put some of that weight down. Not to be fixed, but to feel understood, regain steadiness, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels manageable.
