I have over 12 years of experience & a passion for working with trauma survivors including military & first responders. Starting therapy, especially to heal trauma, can feel overwhelming & difficult. But you don’t have to do it alone. My specialities include trauma, OCD, & military/first responder issues with vast specialized training in each. I also have Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training & an EMDR Certified therapist, often integrating both. I'm passionate about my role as a therapist & remain engaged in continued education & personal learning to be the best for my clients.
