Stress and difficulties can occur throughout the lifespan. I provide neuro-affirming and client-centered therapy to support wellness in older children and teens, families, and adults, both individually and as couples. Therapy can be a space to develop your strengths and resilience. Together, we can address issues that are getting in the way of feeling satisfied or fulfilled in your life. My areas of clinical interest include anxiety, identity, relationships, neurodivergence, financial trauma, emerging adulthood, and issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach is dynamic, relational and experiential. Because every person, couple, or family is different, my work can vary based on my clients' needs. I strive to provide high-quality therapy that is respectful, honest, and supportive, yet challenging.
I've spent over twenty years in the mental health field working with children, teens, families, couples, and individual adults in the Greater Philadelphia area. I completed the 3-year intensive program at the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia.
