I am skilled in treating ineffective relational patterns (e.g., emotional gridlock), extra-marital affairs, sexual & intimacy issues. I help patients face their truth, heal trauma, break cycles of harmful patterns (including co-dependency, abuse, power & control, disorganized thinking, and collusive alliance). I see people become light & free together.
My growth process compels me towards the best version of me. I participate in a professional cohort and a 6-day Clinical Intensive Practicum with therapists, annually. CoCo Groups for Couples
Dynamic groups helping couples move from Co-Dependency to Co-Commitment. REQUIREMENTS: Bi-Weekly 6-Month Commitment, Confidentiality, Attendance, Active Participation. THE BENEFITS OF COUPLES THERAPY GROUPS: Normalizing difficult marital struggles, observing stressful issues in other couples, which allows you to self-confront and to call out the best in yourself, without the stress of being in it.
