You might replay conversations, second-guess yourself, or feel stuck in patterns you can't quite break. I help adults with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and sexual identity exploration. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but feel caught in cycles of overthinking, emotional intensity, or disconnection from themselves.

My approach is compassionate, warm, and grounded. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you understand the different parts of yourself—like the inner critic, the anxious part, or the part that feels overwhelmed—so you can relate to your experience with more clarity and self-compassion.
