As a therapist, I am passionate about working with clients to reach their self-identified goals. I work with a variety of mental and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, life transitions, school/work problems, relationship issues, and stress. I primarily work with adolescents 12+ and women.

I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but also pull from other approaches, such as mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. My goal is to meet my clients where they are in their journey, and to tailor my intervention to meet the needs of each individual.

I am available for both in-person and telehealth (NC/SC) sessions. I accept private pay, and most Aetna and BCBS plans. I do not accept Blue Value or Blue Local. I can provide you with a super bill if I am considered out-of-network with your insurance company. I encourage you to check with your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits.
