I specialize in telehealth therapy for adult ADHD, executive functioning concerns, and anxiety. As a neuropsychologist, I appreciate the complex interactions between our brains, our behaviors, and our environments. My practice is based in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and may incorporate cognitive rehabilitation or mindfulness principles depending on your goals. Therapy can target thinking skills (e.g., attention, memory, planning), emotion regulation (e.g., worry, frustration, impulsivity), or both. Specific CBT for ADHD and anxiety disorders are available.
I completed my clinical internship at Mass General Hospital/Harvard Medical School followed by a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the Bedford VA Medical Center. I am physically based in Bend, Oregon but hold active psychologist licenses Oregon and Massachusetts and can provide telehealth services (video sessions) in either state.
