Are you stuck in a pattern that repeats itself almost magically again and again in your relationships, at work, or parenting. These patterns may have been useful at one time in our past, but now creates conflict, dulls creativity and spirit, wears down confidence, fortitude and hope. Or perhaps you are in the middle of change or in need of change painfully long overdue, but you just can’t seem to...fully...step...forward. I work with adults and couples to move through patterns of depression, anxiety, addiction, pain and trauma into growth and long-awaited thriving.
I also work with children 4-10 years of age and their parents who are concerned about their child’s behavior, academic performance or family and social functioning. My office has a separate play therapy room where children can explore their thoughts, feelings and behavior that may be related to grief, loss or trauma.
I’m highly collaborative and skilled in a variety of therapeutic healing methods Trauma-Informed CBT, somatic and mindfulness interventions plus Motivational Interviewing, EMDR and FLASH technique. We can all use a little help to move forward.
