My passion is to assist people of all ages achieve their optimal potential as well as feel at peace. Everyone faces challenges from time to time and may need some guidance and support navigating through them. If you have difficulties controlling your emotions, loss of energy, feel stuck in a dark place with no way out and /or have bodily aches and pains for no medical reason. These symptoms and thoughts are the minds way of telling us something is out of sync and may inhibit inner peace and growth.Therapy can help with these horrible feelings.
I have ten years of experience in a variety of settings and worked with children, teens, and adults. In addition, I do trauma work, specialize in interpersonal relationships as well as disruptive behaviors.I have worked with several ethnic backgrounds and cultures and provide a variety of tools and strategies.
My office is designed to create a warm, peaceful and safe environment. In addition, I use Animal Assisted Therapy ( therapy dog in my sessions) as well as closely involve the parent/s in their child's treatment plan. Moreover, I offer groups for children and adults at an affordable rate.
