Every day stressors, relationship issues, work and academic challenges, loss of a loved one; these events can affect us in many ways. Staying at home; whether due to being a stay home parent, an illness or injury, or another life event has its own set of stressors.
Facing stress and isolation, you may be seeking time for yourself to feel capable and valued. During the past 19 years, I have worked with individuals, assisting them reach their goals. I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, self esteem issues, parents, and caregivers. Sessions are about you and your needs.
