About
I want to help you with the difficulties and changes of life. I can help whether your struggles are emotional or physical. I am a licensed counselor working with children, adolescents, adults, and caregivers. I believe strongly in the relationship formed with each client. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral techniques focusing on the connection of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I have specific experience in depression, anxiety, OCD, Phobias, anger, bi-polar, adjustment problems, grief, ADHD/ADD, parenting issues, Hospice caregiver care, LGBTQ issues. With hard work, you can make positive change in your life and feel better.
I will listen to your thoughts, feelings and life experiences focusing on the whole self. I value the relationship we build and meet you where you are in life. I also believe in short term effective counseling strategies that help you make the positive changes you want to make.
Please contact me Monday thru Friday, 9 to 6 via email or the phone number provided to ask questions or to schedule an appointment today. I look forward to speaking with you.
