My ideal clients are couples seeking to improve communication and intimacy, teens navigating social anxiety or ADHD, and individuals recovering from spiritual or religious trauma. They often feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their path. Their needs center on understanding, acceptance, and emotional safety. They want to rebuild trust—with themselves and others—develop resilience, and live more authentically, guided by compassion, self-awareness, and a desire for genuine connection and peace.
I use an integrative, client-centered approach drawing from mindfulness, CBT, Gestalt, relational, narrative, and somatic therapies. With training in Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy (CSTIP) and certification in Religious Trauma Studies, I help clients heal, grow, and strengthen connection, intimacy, and self-awareness.
My goal is to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges and the emotions that come with them.
