I now offer EMDR therapy both in person and via telehealth. We all face challenges that can leave us feeling “off” or stuck. Sometimes time helps, but other times, we need more support. I’m available Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM. I specialize in helping adults heal from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, and life transitions. As an integrative therapist trained in EMDR, I tailor treatment to your needs and use proven evidence-based techniques to support healing, reduce distress, and foster resilience.
