Hi! I'm Robyn and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, currently working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over 30 years of experience using mindfulness and meditation practices, stress management, sleep management, and cognitive behavioral psychology. I work together with you to help you feel better and get what you want.
I tend to work more with women, but I also see couples. I work with people in transition (that's often a vulnerable time) and those who have body/trauma issues. I also see people in mid-life who are struggling with work issues. I help people deal with acute and chronic illness, as well as chronic pain.
I'm supportive. I help people feel more empowered and capable. You will feel that I'm right there with you with whatever you are going through. I will want to know what your goals are and what you want for yourself. I'll also want to know what you are looking for in a therapist!
