My specialty is helping clients navigate the complex emotional experiences that are part of becoming and being a parent. This focus is rooted in a deep understanding of how difficult each step of the journey can be, from fertility to birth to raising a child. While struggles related to pregnancy and parenting are common, there are often few spaces for open, honest, and compassionate conversations about these experiences. In my practice, I’m committed to creating a supportive environment where those important conversations can happen.
My approach is grounded in empathy, openness, and a genuine desire to understand your story. I deeply value the opportunity to help people through the hardest parts of their lives. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself, deepening your relationships, and becoming more present in your everyday life.
I offer sessions in my Beacon, NY office or to virtually to clients living in New York City or anywhere in New York State via HIPAA compliant video-chat. My practice is affirming and inclusive to the BIPOC, Latinx, L.G.B.T.Q.I.A.+ and neurodivergent communities.
