As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, I specialize in helping individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, and the many emotional changes that can come with these experiences.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, build practical tools for coping, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
