Multitasking is exhausting! Look at you - always doing at least two things (how many computer screens to you have in front of you right now?), thinking about three other things and in another compartment of your mind worrying about how many more? Technology has led us to believe that doing more in less time is better, but then that only leave more time to do more. When do you feel you have permission to actually do less? Maybe even say 'no' to someone or something?

Getting to know what's truly important and valuable to you, what enriches your soul and refreshes your outlook - that can be lifechanging. What I'm talking about is intentionally creating a life that is meaningful to you and fills you with a sense of well-being and contentment. One of my personal goals is to help others discover thier path to contentment.

I've been a Social Worker for more than 25 years and providing psychotherapy for most of that time. I've had the privilege of helping others to begin healing from trauma, discover their own worth, and learn to take control of what they can, while reclaiming energy that has been wasted on what they cannot.
