Looking for a sex-positive therapist? I offer an open and accepting space in which you can be, or discover, your most authentic self. I am experienced working with individuals and couples in the areas of relationships, sexual health, and gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. I also come with an extensive background in trauma work utilizing a variety of approaches including EMDR.
Some of the topics my clients need to discus can feel challenging for them. I have a gentle and relaxed approach to help you feel comfortable and safe. No topic is off the table in my therapy space. It is my goal to understand each individual's experience and provide you the tools you need to pursue a healthier and more fulfilling life.
