As a Therapist with over 27 years' experience, I work with adolescents, families, couples and individuals to strengthen relationships and overall functioning. My approach to counseling is that we all have a need to be connected; to our spouse, friend, parents and children. Many things can disrupt our emotional connections and our goal together, is to repair and strengthen that connection to promote healthy relationships.
My therapeutic modalities are eclectic given the particular situation. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy with a strength based, client centered approach.
