Hi there, I'm Robyn. Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed with life transitions or the pressure of daily life? Do you find it challenging to set healthy boundaries in relationships, both personal and work? Do you find yourself constantly ending up in toxic relationships? Are you finding yourself less satisfied, fulfilled and feeling anxious or depressed? I help people learn how to better understand the unhealthy dynamics of their relationships as well as navigate life stressors to develop better relationships and enhance life satisfaction.
I help people learn how to better understand the unhealthy dynamics of their relationships as well as navigate life stressors to develop better relationships and enhance life satisfaction. I will also provide skills and tools for managing anxiety or depression.
I play an active role in the therapeutic process and we will work together to identify what's working and what's not working and work to bring back balance and satisfaction.
