I believe that the beauty of life’s journey can sometimes be overshadowed by obstacles and challenges along the way. My goal is to help you uncover the root of your emotions, stressors, uncertainties, relational challenges, self-doubt, and life transitions by offering a safe and supportive space. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self- esteem, communication skills, relationships and life transitions. I have experience working with children/ adolescents, teens, and adults in multiple settings. I use a range of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, Person- Centered, DBT, and Play Therapy.

Through compassion and emotional support, I work with you to explore current stressors, past traumatic experiences, and generational patterns.
