My goal has always been to empower individuals to work through challenging situations and find the inner strength to overcome life’s hardships or loss. I know it is sometimes difficult to share personal information, but my hope is that I make you feel comfortable, safe and heard. I want to make a difference and if given the opportunity I will navigate this journey with you.
Over the last 33 years, I have provided counseling services to individuals who have experienced anxiety disorder, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem and divorce. In addition, I have worked with single parents, at-risk youth, migrants, couples, parents that have children with Asperger's Syndrome, developmentally disabled children and adults.
