I have extensive experience working with individuals who have encountered traumatic life events and who are struggling to manage stress, anxiety and depression. In addition, individuals working to cope with grief/loss, generational patterns of dysfunction, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, anger management, poor self-esteem, and difficulties with emotion regulation.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and have received trainings in many trauma focused and cognitive behavioral models.
