My practice is integrative, I draw upon various models of therapy which I feel will best serve my clients, including, solution focused and narrative therapy. Sessions are designed to build upon the client's already existing strengths and enhance their skills and knowledge in self-awareness, coping, renewed perspectives, and positive change.
