At "Tower of Refuge Christian Counseling," I provide counseling services that aid in mental and emotional restoration by assisting my clients in achieving a healthier quality of life with focusing on the mind, spirit and restorative power of Jesus Christ. With the highest levels of client satisfaction - I will do everything that I can to meet your counseling needs. I provide therapy in the areas of depression & anxiety, grief & loss, stress management, overcoming sexual trauma, building self- esteem, learning healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as learning healthy coping and stress management skills, etc.
Throughout my years of therapeutic practice, I've worked with teens, adults, and couples in crisis, survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, along with those living with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, impaired self-esteem, and those living with terminal illnesses as well as caregivers, etc.
In addition to providing counseling in "Spanish," because I truly believe in the mission of Jesus Christ and his restorative power, as we build trust within our counseling relationship, after each session, I'm honored to pray with you for your breakthrough as the Holy Spirit leads.
