I have experienced my own trauma and experienced the relief of finally processing it. There are proven ways to get "unstuck". Let me help you give that to yourself! I am an LCSW that specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and family issues. I use a client led approach. I believe in creating an empathetic and non-judgemental space to help people be comfortable. I am passionate about helping people to explore what is holding them back from being their best self on their own terms and on their timeline.
I specialize in trauma and am EMDR trained. I am also certified in cognitive behavior therapy which is evidence based to treat a wide variety of struggles and symptoms. I have extensive experience with mindfulness and teaching others how to use tools to get relief quickly.
