I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and trauma. I am increasingly interested in working with clients using alternative therapies along with evidence based treatments - Trauma-focused Cognitive therapy, DBT etc. They're great and effective techniques, but not always the answer. What interests you or to try is important for us to discuss in therapy
