About me: I'm here for you, honestly. Whether you’re seeking emotional support and connection or facing specific challenges like substance use, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, or stress, I'm here for it. I've skillfully treated clients presenting with a broad range of challenges. I encourage you to contact me with questions pertaining to your concerns.
I work online and in person with children and adults (age 8+). My approach draws on evidence-based modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). But more than any technique, I believe what makes therapy work is a real, trusting relationship.
I’m in a bit of a career sweet spot. I'm experienced in private practice, schools, substance abuse rehabilitation, and community mental health. I'm deeply connected to this work and my to my clients. As such, I'll do my best to work with any cost barriers. When you're ready, I'm here.
