I believe that life is all about experience and relationships that affect different individuals in different ways, and for different reasons. For that reason, I have an integrated and eclectic approach using relational, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, supportive and family psychotherapy treatment modalities to treat Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, OCD and Personality Disorders including self injurious behaviors. Treatment is individualized to the needs of each client and collaboration can be coordinated with a nutritionist, psychiatrist and physician when appropriate. I have a group therapy program for adolescents, young adults and women struggling with eating disorders, body image and self -esteem issues.
